Pack your bags and bring your boat this home has it all! Located on Lake Mecosta 4+ bedroom / 2.5 baths. Extra sleeping in basement with 1 full and 1 twin bed and the half bath. Main Floor has 4 bedrooms, 3 with queen beds and the 4th with a bunk full on bottom / twin on top and another twin bed. Two full baths on main level one of which is in Master bedroom.
Home has all kinds of outdoor seating areas, right off living room is a patio area, also has a beautiful gazebo that has seating and a large table and chairs for eating. Down by the lake is a seating area that sits a top the boat house (boat house not for renter use). Home has a good size dock that you can shore up one boat if you choose. No sandy beach but water is very shallow for small children to play for 10 feet or more with a nice sandy bottom.
Owner has 3 kayaks for your use, 5 adult bikes, 2 chidren size bikes, gas grill, gas fire pit, lawn chairs, two picnic tables, plenty of beautiful deck furniture, nice dock, washer /dryer, central air, cable TV, WIFI.
