Beautiful Chalet cottage with screened porch on West Canadian Lake, WIFI and smartTV, no smoking/vaping and no pets allowed

Well-equipped lakefront chalet sits on a great location-just down the street from a Canadian Lakes favorite:  Lookout Point Beach!   Property has a marvelous screened - in porch where you can sit and view the lake and small sandy beach.  Long open floor plan with large windows to view lake side of home.  This house has always been a family cottage and so it is appointed with family-friendly games and beach toys.  Unfinished walkout basement takes you down a rather steep hill to the lake.  We have found washing dishes together builds character and relationships, so we do not have a dishwasher.   We do have both toaster and toaster-oven as well as coffee maker, blender, and many other kitchen necessities.  Two full bathrooms each having walk in showers (no bathtubs) .  Since this was initially intended for a weekend getaway place, we do not have laundry facilities.  We provide both charcoal and gas BBQ grills.  A fire pit is located down near the lake for your use.  Dock may or may not be in- please inquire.   Very good fishing right off the dock or shore.  No A/C - we do have ceiling fans above beds...upstairs loft can get very warm in extreme temperatures.   WIFI with 1 Smart TV- no cable but you can enter your info or passwords to view your favorite streaming.  Yard is large and flat on the street side to play frisbee or croquet.  Pickleball courts and baseball diamond within walking distance as well.  NO PETS and NO SMOKING/VAPING of ANY kind permitted.
