This one-of-a -kind waterfront property in tranquil Canadian Lakes features a three-bedroom, two-bath main house and an attached one bedroom guest cottage-an ideal rental for friend groups or multi-family gatherings of up to 10 people. The main house includes a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, and floor-to-ceiling windows with sweeping views of the lake. It has one king-sized bed, two queens, and a pullout queen sofa. The attached guest cottage includes a private entrance, full-kitchen, bathroom, and washer & dryer. It has one queen sized bed and a pullout queen sofa. Both the main house and guest cottage feature high-speed internet and are equipped with "SMART" televisions programmed with Netflix, MAX, Showtime, Hulu, ESPN, and Disney+.
Outside you'll find an oversized Cape Cod deck ideal for lounging, grilling, sunbathing and watching the boats go by with your beverage of choice. The property's two docks, which extend 24 feet into the water, are great for fishing, swimming and tethering your boat rental. At the end of the day, dine al fresco while taking in a spectacular sunset over the lake. After dinner gather around the fire pit at the water's edge in an Adirondack chair and enjoy some of the best stargazing in the country.
This cottage is available to rent from June 22 through September 8th, 2025 for $2600 per week ($378.57 per night) plus tax, cleaning and fees. Small to Medium-size dogs (limit one and must be on a leash and contained in property yard) will be permitted on a case-by-case basis: a $200.00 additional fee will apply.
Renters will also enjoy access to Canadian Lakes Association amenities, which include multiple beaches, 3 golf courses (green and cart fees apply), tennis, volleyball, pickle ball and basketball courts, an indoor and outdoor pool (fees apply), a fitness center (fees apply), and clubhouse restaurant. Canadian Lakes is located one-hour by car from Grand Rapids International Airport (GRR), 2.5 hours from Detroit Metro Airport (DTW), and 4.0 hours from Chicago O'Hare International Airport (ORD).

Because Canadian Lakes is a private resort community, only property owners are permitted to launch boats on the lake. However, there are multiple local options for pontoon boat rentals. Please ask our property manager for more details.
If you arrive after business hours, our property manager will leave an envelope with keys for you in the mailbox to the left of her office door with your name on it. (Lakes Rentals, 8517 100th Ave, Canadian Lakes, MI 49346) The envelope will also contain passes for golf and the indoor and outdoor pools, as well as a map with the address to our home.
